Vintage Verkade metal storage tin – floral motif – Zaandam – circa 1960s

Cylindrical vintage metal storage tin, produced by Verkade Fabrieken NV in Zaandam, Holland . The tin has a cream-colored base with a multicolored floral and leaf motif in yellow, green, blue, and orange. The decoration consists of stylized floral elements, typical of Verkade designs from the post-war period.

The rim of the tin bears the original factory marking "Verkade Fabrieken NV Zaandam – Holland." The removable lid features a central floral ornament in matching colors. The interior is gold-lacquered.

Structurally sturdy and very useful as a kitchen pantry or decorative object.

Good vintage condition.
Minor scratches and wear to the paint, consistent with age and use.
Decoration intact and clearly legible factory markings.
