Tableware

The tableware and individual pieces in this collection come from European porcelain and earthenware traditions of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. Plates, dishes, cups and saucers, and serving pieces in blue-and-white porcelain, floral patterns, and restrained post-war design reflect the breadth of what once stood on European tables. Some pieces belong to a recognisable series; others are single items, related to nothing except quality and age.
