Ordering and payment
Available Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:

The available payment methods may vary by country and will be displayed during checkout.
When Payment is Made
Payment is made directly upon completing the order.
Once payment is received, we will process the order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been made in full.
Costs
We do not charge any additional fees for using our payment methods.
All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any shipping costs, import duties, or local taxes will be displayed separately before the order is finalized.
Payment Confirmation
After successful payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check this confirmation carefully. In case of inaccuracies, please contact us immediately.
Failed or Refused Payments
If a payment is refused or not successfully completed, no agreement will be established. In that case, the product will not remain reserved for you.
Refunds
Any refunds, for example for returns or cancellations, will be processed using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund period is described in our returns policy.
Secure Payment
All payments are processed through secure payment environments of certified payment providers.
The Collectionist does not have access to full payment details and does not store them.
