The Collectionist
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Each shipment is adapted to the object — with attention to safety, packaging and transport.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on destination, size and weight.
Indicative delivery times:
- Europe: 2–5 working days
- Worldwide: 5–12 working days
After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code. International shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance or local delivery services.
Customs, import duties and taxes
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, VAT and other local charges may apply.
These charges are determined by the country of destination and are borne by the buyer. The amount varies by country and cannot be determined precisely in advance.
Returns for international orders
For international orders, the same right of withdrawal applies as within the Netherlands.
Return costs are borne by the customer. Please note that these costs can be considerable depending on country and carrier.
We recommend always shipping returns with Track & Trace.
Fragile or valuable objects
Some objects require an adapted shipping method. In such cases, we will contact you after your order to arrange the shipment with care.
Where appropriate, we opt for additional protection, insurance or personal transport.
Would you like to know in advance about shipping costs or possibilities? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to advise.
Careful packaging
Each object is professionally packaged, with attention to material, shape and fragility. Our principle: the object must arrive as it left.
The risk of loss or damage during transport remains with us as the seller, until the package is delivered to you. We recommend reporting any damage immediately upon delivery.
