Special second-hand goods regime

Part of the catalogue consists of second-hand goods subject to the special second-hand goods regime (margeregeling) under Dutch tax law. VAT is included in the price but is not broken down separately and is not deductible for business customers.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contractual relationships between The Collectionist and customers are governed by Dutch law. For consumers habitually resident in another European Union Member State, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
