Compact round metal tin from Leukoplast 911 , produced by Beiersdorf NV Amsterdam . This medical bandage tin probably dates from the 1940s and 1950s and features the characteristic red and white print with typography from that period.
The tin has an open side (a piece broken off at the serrated opening) and visible signs of use, such as discoloration and wear to the print. However, the print is still legible, making it an attractive item for collectors of historical medical equipment, pharmacy tins, or Beiersdorf memorabilia.
A small, authentic piece of medical history.
