Round storage tin with matching lid, printed with classic Christmas scenes on a light background. The decoration features a Christmas tree, a drumming bear, a Father Christmas figure and other festive characters, framed by holly, hearts and stars in red and green. The lid is red with white dots and a central Christmas tree motif. The interior is gold-lacquered and clean. Light signs of use are visible on the exterior, mainly along the rim.
Printed tins of this type were produced in large numbers from the 1960s onward, initially as packaging for biscuits or confectionery and later as standalone seasonal objects. The restrained colour palette and grid-based composition of the decoration point to West European or Scandinavian manufacture in the period around 1970-1990.
