Rectangular metal biscuit tin from the Belgian brand Jules Destrooper , featuring a wraparound illustration of a village scene. The design depicts figures in a street scene with a bakery facade, trees, and houses, rendered in soft, illustrative colors. The lid and sides together form a single, continuous scene.
The tin, originally used for an assortment of butter biscuits, is made of sheet metal with a green border. The interior is gold-colored. The lid fits loosely onto the base of the tin.
The condition is used but well-maintained, with minor wear and minor scratches consistent with age and use. No rusted-through parts or structural damage. Suitable as a collector's item, storage tin, or decorative object.
