Gin jar made of salt-glazed earthenware, made for the Amsterdam gin factory Levert & Co, located in the building de Wildeman on the Nieuwendijk in Amsterdam. The jar was produced before 1925, because after 1925 Levert & Co was no longer mentioned on the jars. There is still a paper label stuck to the bottle with the text "Very old genever". Marked: on the bottom with 1/2 L and the letter M.
