When is payment made?
Payment takes place immediately upon placing the order .
Once payment is received, your order will be processed. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
Costs
We do not charge any extra costs for using our payment methods.
All prices on the website are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs, import duties or local taxes will be stated separately before completing the order.
Confirmation of payment
After successful payment you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email .

Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined or not completed successfully, no agreement is reached. The product will not be reserved for you in that case.
Refunds
Any refunds (for example in case of return or cancellation) will be made using the same payment method as the original payment was made, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are processed through secure payment environments provided by certified payment providers. The Collectionist does not have access to full payment information and does not store it.
