This potato sago, which excels in its nourishing and strengthening properties, is specially prepared for home use, including for thickening vegetables, sauces, puddings, broths, and fruit soups.
For children, boiled in milk, it deserves a healthy and especially tasty food.
The potato sago is stirred cold in water, milk or meat broth, or it is shaken into the boiling liquid while stirring constantly, taking care not to break any of the grains.
For soup, take 1 L spoon per person.
