Rectangular metal tin with a removable lid, executed in a deep shade of red and richly decorated with a hand-painted floral composition and birds. The central panel depicts three birds surrounded by curling leaves and flowers in yellow, blue, and green. The sides also feature floral ornaments in contrasting colors.

The tin is finished with painted and lacquered surfaces. The interior is uncoated and shows signs of wear consistent with age and use.
