This delicate plate is a beautiful example of authentic Maastricht porcelain. It was made by the renowned Louis Regout factory, later known as Mosa . The plate features the classic Saxon decor: a detailed floral pattern in deep blue on a crisp white background.
The rim of the plate features a subtle relief in the porcelain, typical of Regout's high-quality workmanship at the beginning of the 20th century. The hallmark on the underside (a crowned shield) confirms its provenance and guarantees Dutch craftsmanship. Thanks to its raised rim, this object is multifunctional: it makes a beautiful decorative piece for the wall, but also makes a perfect luxury coaster or petit four plate. The porcelain is in excellent antique condition with a deep luster.
