Metal commemorative tin issued on the occasion of the coronation of HM Queen Beatrix on April 30, 1980. The tin comes from Diesch Middelburg and was originally filled with Zeeland butterscotch.
The lid features a photo portrait of Queen Beatrix wearing a tiara. Around it are gold crown symbols and the red banderole with the text "Genuine Zeeuwse boterbabbelaars" (real Zeeuwse butterscotch). The tin shows visible signs of use: minor scratches, slight discoloration, and wear consistent with age. The interior shows dark patina and some scratches.
