Original Norit Medicinal tin with a blue and beige label, dating from the 1940s–1950s. The tin contained 50 grams of activated charcoal powder (Carbo Adsorbent), a classic home remedy for stomach and intestinal disorders. The imprint mentions "Algemeene Norit Maatschappij, Amsterdam," making this an early example.
The tin is in good vintage condition with minor wear to the label and a lid showing signs of use, but retains its original charm. A beautiful piece of medical history and a collectible for lovers of vintage pharmacy packaging and Dutch industrial design.
