Striking vintage cigar tin from the famous NV Karel I Cigar Factories of HJ van Abbe (Eindhoven and Reusel).

The obverse shows the portrait of King Charles I of England, in a modern graphic composition with a turquoise background and orange accents.

The reverse proudly displays the factories and the family crest, with the text “Standard quality for the Netherlands”.

Inside is the famous inscription “There is only one Karel I” with the characteristic red “1”, the brand’s iconic logo.
