We carefully ship one-of-a-kind antiques & curiosities worldwide from the Netherlands. Every piece is hand-packed for fragile items and dispatched quickly.

Where we ship

European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and most international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us for a custom quote.

Dispatch & packaging

  • Typical dispatch: 1–3 business days after payment
  • Professional, shock-absorbing packaging; extra cushioning for ceramics, glass and framed works
  • Signature on delivery and insurance for higher-value or fragile orders

Delivery estimates

EU 2–7 business days · UK 3–8 · US 5–12 · Rest of world 6–15.
Carrier estimates may vary due to customs or peak seasons.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. As a guide:

  • EU parcels from ~€11.95
  • UK from ~€15.95
  • US from ~€22.95
  • Rest of world from ~€29.95
  • Physical gift card (letter mail) from ~€3.95

We combine items whenever possible to keep costs down.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): local duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. We declare contents and value accurately and cannot mark items as “gift” or lower their value.

Tracking

All parcels include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Insurance & damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can file a claim and resolve it quickly.

Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes where carriers disallow it. Some oversized/heavy items or restricted materials may require a custom quote or be excluded.

Returns

International returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (excl. gift cards). Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost; original shipping is non-refundable. Please contact us before returning an item.
